Esther's Guacamole

Ingredients

1 ripe Hass avocado1 medium tomato, chopped into cubes1/4 cup chopped onions: red, white, any kind you like1 serrano chile- chopped-remove seeds and veins for less heat1 tablespoon lemon juicesalt to taste
1. Peel the avocado and mash with fork until you get a puree type consistency.
2. Add chopped tomato, onion, serrano pepper
3. mix in the lemon juice
4. Add salt to taste
Optional: chop a couple of tablespoons of cilantro and mix and garnish the guacamole
NOTE- when chopping serrano pepper you may want to use plastic gloves if you are sensitive to the heat in chiles.
Serving Size: This makes, 4, 0.25 servings
