Beans, black, 4 cup Pinto beans, 4 cupsCanned Tomatoes, 4 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspChili poweder, 1 tbspFrozen corn, 1 cup
Saute onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes, add seasonings, cook for another 3 minutes. Add beans, tomatoes, corn, and sauted veggies to the crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
