crockpot chicken in white wine sauce

Ingredients
6 pieces split chicken breast (without skin preferably)1 cup white wine1 envelope cream of mushroom soup mix 1 envelope cream of chicken soup mix2 cans chicken broth1 can mushrooms or mushroom piecesgarlic clove chopped or dehydrated chopped garlic (to taste)
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock pot with enough water to cover chicken breasts. Heat on high until hot, then reduce to low heat and let simmer until chicken is falling off of the bones.
