Ingredients
potatoesmayo (light mayo)celeryonionsgreen pepperolive oil vinegar salt & pepper to taste
Directions
peel, cut and boil potatoes until tender but not too tender. FINELY Chop celery, onions and green peppers.

drain potatoes and let cool. once cool, mix all ingredients together with the Mayo, add salt and pepper to taste
