Ingredients
Ingredients½ Pomelo20 gm onion Red, sliced20 gm English carrot, julienne1 no. Fresh Red chili, Chopped20 gm iceberg lettuce20 gm Spinach, julienne10 gm Cherry tomato, halves2 no mint leaves10 ml lemon juice10 ml light soya sauce10 gm castor sugar50 gm Coleman’s mint sauce
Directions
Directions:
• Holding the fruit over a bowl, remove the membranes and separate and halve the segments.
• Discard the skin.
• Add castor sugar, light soya sauce and lemon juice to the mint sauce to make mint dressing.
• Add pomelo segments, all vegetables and mint dressing to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
• Garnish with cherry tomato and mint leaves.
• Serve the salad cold.
