High Sodium Slow Cooker Stew

Ingredients
1 can Kroger Mixed Vegetables1 can Kroger Carrots (sliced)2 cans Kroger Sweet Golden Corn (whole kernal)2 cans Kroger White Potatoes (Whole)2 cans Kroger Green Beans (cut)1 packet Lawrey's Beef Stew Spices and Seasonings4 lb of Beef for Stewing
Directions
Pour all cans into a 5 quart Slow Cooker taking care to remove water from 1 can of corn, green beans and potatoes.
Mix beef into vegetables.
Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours. Overnight worked great.

    Canned veggies are fine for a quick soup since they are already cooked. To put them in a slow cooker, really would turn them into mush! Not to mention the sodium. I agree on the "fresh is best" method! So much tastier and better for you. - 1/27/08
