Pineapple, fresh, 2 cup, diced Beans, black, 2 cans drained and rinsed*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dicedOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped fresh Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp or 1/4 cup chopped*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 2 cans (Jalapeno Peppers, 4 , seeded and dicedPepper, red 4 tbsp or to tasteOrange Juice, 1 cup ground cumin seed 4 tbsp
In a large bowl combine all ingrediants , makeing sure that all are diced well..when adding tomatoes add juice and all to mixture,add orange juice, and salt and pepper to taste..place in sealed container..and let marinate in refrigerator over night..best served cold
