Dairy-Free Apple Cobb Salad

Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded Spinach, fresh, .5 cup *Louis Rich Turkey Breast (fat free), 1 serving Hard Boiled Egg, .5 large Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, .5 serving Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds Cucumber (peeled), .5 cup, pared, chopped Dressing*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .75 tbsp Cider Vinegar, .75 tbsp Apple juice, unsweetened, .375 fl oz
Directions
mix the last three ingredients and use as salad dressing mixing them in a small bowl, whisk together with Sm drop of vanilla and salt and pepper (just a pinch of each) then drizzle over the rest of the ingredients as they are assembled in a bowl.
