1 lb ground beef1 lb box whole wheat pasta1 c chopped onions1 c chopped peppers1 can mushrooms chopped1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp italian seasoning1 tsp basil2 tbsp grated parmesan
Start heating up water for pasta. Cook up ground beef. Drain. Water should be boiling for pasta by now. Add a little salt if desired to water. Cook pasta. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to pan. Add chopped onions, mushrooms and peppers. Cook for about ten minutes. Reintroduce ground beef. When pasta is done drain. I add tomato and cream of mushroom soup to pan pasta was in. Mix. Add cooked pasta and ground beef. Add seasonings and parmesan. Mix. Serve.
