Baked Pollock with Broccoli and Cheese Sauce

▲320g pollock fillets (frozen weight)▲450g broccoli (frozen weight)▲1 medium onion, chopped or sliced▲250ml Bisto Cheese Sauce (made according to instructions)▲Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1) Preheat the oven to 200 ºC (392 ºF, gas mark 6) and thaw out the broccoli in the microwave (4-5 minutes on high).
2) Line an oven dish with foil, leaving plenty of excess to cover and seal in the steam when cooking.
3) Put the frozen fish in the dish and layer the onion, black pepper and broccoli on top, making sure to spread the ingredients evenly. Pour the cheese sauce over the ingredients.
4) Fold the foil inwards, rolling the edges together to seal them.
5) Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the veggies are tender and the fish cooked through.
6) You can serve the cooked fillets whole, or break them into smaller pieces before dishing up.
