Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients
Unsweetened apple sauce - 1 cupSteevia - to tasteEggs - 2Mashed bananas (3 medium) - 1 cupWhole wheat flour - 1 cupWheat germ - 1/2 cupsteel cut oats - 1/2 cupbaking soda - 1 tspbaking powder - 1/2 tsp.Salt - 1/2 tspChopped Walnuts - 1 cupChocolate Chips - .5 cup
Directions
Mix wet ingredients, beating eggs then adding mashed bananas. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredient. Add wet mixture to dry, mixing only to moisten. Transfer to greased mini loaf pan (or 9x5x3 loaf pan) and bake at 350 degrees F (180C) for 30 minutes and then check readiness with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean,they are done. Full loaf needs to cook for about 1 hour. Remove frompan and palce on rack to cool.
