Cod (fish), 2 fillet (remove) Shrimp, cooked, 15 large (remove) *Clams, canned, meat only, 1 cup (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove) Garlic, 2 clove (remove) Fat free half and half, 2 cup (remove) *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 1 cup (remove) *Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 3 cup (remove) Curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove) Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove) Old Bay Seasoning, 1 serving (remove)
add cod shrimp crab clams with juice onion ,celery, garlic simmer over medium heat about 1/2 hr. then add tomatoes and tomato sauce pepper old bay, curry powder continue simmering for 1/2 hour then add crab and fat free half and half heat back up and serve
