All American Potato Salad

Ingredients
red potatoes, 3 lbs. (about 18 small) *Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 5 hardboiled.Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) chopped*onion, red - raw 1/4 cup Vinegar, Red Wine , 1/2 cup*Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, 1 Cup*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 Tbs.Salt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Cut potatoes in half and cover with water (do not peel). Boil until tender (about 20 minutes). Remove from heat, strain and let cool to room temp. Meanwhile cook eggs. Once potatoes are cool, cut into 1/4 dice or slightly larger if you prefer. Pour Red Wine vinegar over potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Add Chopped celery, onions, eggs. Mix mayo with dijon mustard and add to salad. toss to coat.
