100g of dried dates100g of dried prunes100g dried apricots (chopped)150g of hazelnuts- either chopped or smashed (I smashed mine up with a rolling pin!)150g of light butter (I used lurpark lighter spreadable)5 table spoons of apple juice225g porridge oats
Melt the butter, then add dates, prunes and apple juice in a blender with melted butter and blend until pretty smooth.
Put porridge and smashed hazelnuts and chopped up apricots in a bowl and pour the butter mix on top and mix well. Then spread across a tray ( 10cm x 12cm) and bake in a preheated (170 fan assisted/gas mark 5) oven for 20/25 mins!! Take out and slice up then leave to cool completely before serving!
