1 can butter beans, large2 cloves garlic3 tsp lemon or to tastesalt1/2 ripe tomato1 tsp olive oil
Directions
put all in blender, reserve bean liquid if too thick add. blend until creamy. serve on torillas, bread, cauliflower, etc.
