Chili with ground beef, beans and corn

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 medium onion, chopped (1 cup)1 small green pepper1 teaspoon garlic1.5 cups tomatoes, diced2 tablespoons chili powder.25 teaspoon red pepper.25 teaspoon pepper1.5 teaspoons cumin 1 can kidney beans1 can corn
Directions
Cook beef and garlic together over medium heat, stirring often so beef won't be clumpy. Add onions, pepper and salt for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, and the rest of spices. Stir together and add 2 cups of water. Cook at low to medium heat for 40 minutes.
