Raw Walnut Pate

Ingredients
2 cups walnuts1 clove garlic1/4 cup chopped onion3-4 stalks celery1 T fresh lemon juice (juice of one lemon)1 tsp salt2 sheets nori seaweedLarge sprig fresh sage
Directions
Soak walnuts, drain, combine all ingredients in food processor. Serve in celery stalks, on salad, or use as a pate for crackers, or other pate usage.
