Pesto Pepper Gnocchi

Ingredients
1 Package shelf-stable gnocchi1/2 each red, green, orange, and yellow peppers1/4 C pesto
Directions
1. Prepare Gnocchi according to package directions, adding chopped peppers when adding gnocchi to boiling water.
2. Drain. Return to pot. Add pesto. Serve, garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.
