Ingredients
Cook pork tenderloin in crock pot. Place half sauce in the bottom of a pie plate. Fill each tortilla with pork and place seem side down. Top with enchilada sauce and yogurt mixed together. Top with cheese. Cover in aluminum foil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
