Flax, Banana, Cranberry, Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients
Flour, white, 3/4 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3/4 cup Salt, table, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed (2 very ripe bananas) Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup Canola Oil, 1/4 cup Honey, 1/4 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1/3 cup
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350. Mix the flour, flax, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon together. In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed banana, applesauce, oil and honey. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and then add the dried cranberries. Pour into 12 muffin tins that are sprayed with on stick cooking spray. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from tins.
