Ingredients
1 can Pillsbury Biscuits ( the normal sized kind)Pepperoni SlicesBlock of Mozzarella cheeseOlive OilItalian SeasoningZero Calorie Olive Oil cooking sprayGarlic Salt
Directions
Preheat Oven to 425. Lightly spray olive oil cooking spray in a glass pan or round cake pan and set aside. Separate the biscuits and flatten each one out. Place one pepperoni slice on each one. Place a small piece of mozzarella cheese on each slice and then add 2 more pepperoni's to each biscuit. Fold them all closed so that the cheese doesn't melt out while baking. Place them in the pan, folded side down. The farther apart they are, the more they puff out and seem like you're getting more. Lightly brush each biscuit with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with Italian Seasoning and garlic salt. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
