Green Bean and Beef Stew

1 lb of lean stew beef cut into pieces1 lb of fresh green beans (snap into smaller pieces)1 large onion (cut up but not chopped)3 carrots cut into larger pieces2 celery stalks cut into larger pieces1 1/2 lbs of red potatoes (cut into quarters)3 Tbsp of Worcestershire saucean ounce of red wineabout 1 tsp of salt
Put the potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the other vegetables. Then put the meat on the top. Then sprinkle the Worcestershire sauce over the meat. Cook like this for 3-4 hours. About an hour or so before eating, stir the meat into the rest of stew and cook another 1-2 hours, until everything is tender.
