Ingredients
-8 Slices of turkey breast, thinly sliced-0.5 cup flour-1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs-2 large eggs-0.5 cup olive oil-Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Directions
On cutting board, season fillets with lemon pepper seasoning, pounding with meat tenderizer or rolling pin. Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium low. Beat 2 eggs in small bowl. On three medium plates add each flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. When oil is heated batter each fillet by dragging them in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs. Place fillets in oil (4 at a time or 2 batches).
