Jerk Fish

Ingredients
Directions
Garlic, 4 cloves, roughly choppedOnions, raw, 1 medium choppedJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper chopped and seededJuice of one LimeOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp (preferably 100% natural)Thyme, ground, 2 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tspAllspice, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Tilapia filet, 16 oz (1lb)
1. Combine all ingredients except fish in a blender or food processor and puree.
2. Place fish in ziplock bag or bowl and coat with puree. Let marinate for at least 1.5 hours or up to a day.
3. Spray large skillet with nonstick spray over medium-high heat. Add fish and cook, about 3-5 minutes per side. Serve with vegetables. Could also be grilled.
