Beef Gravy Lite

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour1 bouillon cube3 Tbsp Corn Oil2 cups Water
Directions
Heat oil.

Mix cold water and flour in shaker. Pour into pan with the heated oil. Stir.

Crush the bullion cube and add. Cook gravy until after it starts increasing in size from the bubbles for 3 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 2 cups 3-2/3cup servings
