Iced Orange Tea

6-8 tea bags - black tea preferred1/4 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup orange juicePeel from 1/4 orange8 cups waterOrange slices (optional, not in nutritional value)
In a sauce pan, combine 4 cups of water, orange peel, and the tea bags. Bring to a boil, letting steep/boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a pitcher, combine 4 cups water, sugar, and orange juice, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
When the tea is done steeping, remove orange peel and tea bags, and pour brewed tea into water/sugar/orange juice mixture. Stir well, and chill before serving over ice. Garnish with orange slices or mint.
