Ingredients
1/4 cup oatmeal1 tbs ground flax seed1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder2 tbs PB2 or other dried peanut butter1 Ripe Banana peeled, cut into pieces and frozen1 cup plain unsweetened Kefir
Directions
Grind dry oatmeal and flax seed in blender until fine powder. Add the rest of ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
