Tracey's quick n easy black olive hummus

Ingredients
1 can of (great value brand) chick peas1/4 cup extra virgin oliveoilthe juice from half of a fresh lemon1 clove of raw garlic (pressed)1/2 a can of (great value brand) large pitted california ripe olives*put all ingredients together in the blender, blend until thick and smooth, scraping sides of blender if needed. pour into bowl, add a dollop of greek olive tampanade to the center of hummus if desired. best when dipping plain pita chips. store in fridge. use within 3-4days of making.
