Coconut Ranch Dressing - vegan

Ingredients
1 can Trader Joe's Lite Coconut Milk1/4 cup fresh lemon juice4 Tbspn. nutritional yeast2 Tsp. salt or to taste3 Tbspn. Kirkland Organic No-salt Seasoning Mix1 Tbspn. raw tahini1/4 cup dry measure raw cashews, soaked in water overnight1/8 raw sweet onion (Vidalia)
Directions
Place soaked cashews and tahini in blender and blend until smooth (add a little coconut milk if needed to help blending). Add raw onion and blend until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
