HCG Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1 small to medium apple, cored and chopped1/2 lemon, juice and pulp (no seeds)1 cup cold green tea (or water)2 cups fresh raw spinach(Stevia to taste - optional)
Directions
Put apple, lemon, and tea (or water) into a blender and blend well. Then blend in the spinach. Depending on your blender, you may need to add in a little more water to blend everything thoroughly

For Phase 2 HCG, enjoy this smoothie with a protein allowance for a complete meal.

For Phase 3 HCG, you may some avocado to this recipe
