bowtie pasta and white clam sauce

Ingredients
Garlic, 8 clove minced Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped minced White Wine, 8 fl oz Butter, unsalted, .5 stick Parsley, .35 cup minced *Clam broth, 8 oz (comes in a bottle) Bumble Bee Fancy Whole Baby Clams, 2 10 oz cans *Barilla Mini Farfalle (bowtie) about 1/2 to 3/4 of a box Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
in a sauce pan, saute shallots and garlic over low heat in olive oil.
add white wine, increase heat to medium and reduce by half.
add clam juice, baby clams and parsley. bring back to a bubble. turn off heat and add butter, stirring until melted.
cook pasta according to package directions and drain. add to sauce. add parmesan and stir well
