Hummus Veggie Quesadilla

Ingredients
Carrot (1, peeled and chopped)Green Bell Pepper (1/2, chopped)Onion (1/4, chopped)Hummus (1/3 cup)Fresh Spinach (1/2 cup)Feta Cheese (just a sprinkle)Spinach and Herb Tortilla Wrap (2)
Directions
Sauté the carrot, bell pepper and onion in a pan. While the veggies are browning, spread the hummus on one side of each tortilla and sprinkle the fresh spinach and feta over the spread. When the veggies are cooked, sandwich them between the two tortillas.
