Ingredients1/4 cup sliced green onions4 MorningStar FarmsŪ GrillersŪ Vegan Veggie Burgers , cut into 1-inch strips3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce1 tablespoon cider vinegar1 teaspoon ground ginger1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper2 cups packaged cole slaw mix or shredded cabbage8 butterhead lettuce leaves or leaf lettuce leaves
Directions
1. Cook onion in nonstick frypan coated with vegetable cooking spray over medium heat for 1 minute. Stir in burger strips. Cook and stir until heated through.
2. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and red pepper.
3. Add soy mixture and cole slaw mix to burger strips. Gently toss until combined.
4. Spoon some burger mixture into each lettuce leaf. Wrap leaf around filling. Secure with wooden pick. Serve immediately.
