Bean and Cheese Tostadas

Ingredients
15 Corn Tortillas1 can fat free refried beans6 Tbs salsa1 cup reduced fat shredded cheese2 cups shredded lettuce1 cup chopped tomatoes1 cup chopped cucumberChopped cilantro1 lime4 Tbs Reduced fat sour creamPan Spray1 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions
Heat oven to 425, Spray each tortilla front and back. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Heat in oven 5-10 minutes, checking often and flip once during heating. You want them to be crispy, but not burnt. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt. While tortillas are in the oven, Heat beans in a saucepan over low-med heat. Once bubbling, add salsa. Mix well, return to a bubble and turn off heat.
Spread beans evenly over all tortillas. Top with cheese, evenly divided. Allow to melt for a minute. Top with the rest of the ingredients, evenly divided. 2 tostadas per serving!
