HCG Radish Hash Browns

Ingredients
1 cup chopped or shredded radishes1 garlic clove, minced1/4 cup onion, choppedA little veggie broth, or water (or coconut oil, optional)*salt, pepper, herbs, spices to taste* could also use chicken or beef broth
Directions
Put a little broth or water (and/or coconut oil) in a skillet, and heat on the stove. Add remaining ingredients to pan, and cook and stir until radishes are soft and browned. Use more broth or water as needed for cooking.
