Chocolate rice crispy cakes

Ingredients
200g Dark chocolate, e.g. 70% cocoa solids6 cups puffed rice cereal2tbsp coloured sprinkles to decorate (optional)
Directions
Melt the chocolate in a large bowl over a pan of hot water.
Stir in the cereal gently until evenly coated.
Spoon into paper bun cases.
Decorate with coloured sprinkles if desired.
Place on a tray in the fridge for around 30 mins until set.
