Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
2 TBSP Butter1 clove garlic, minced1/4 C parmesan cheese1/4 C mozzerella cheese1 C heavy cream
Directions
Over medium heat, saute minced garlic in butter.
Add cream, then the parm and mozz and stir frequently until thickened. Add salt & pepper to taste and serve over cooked pasta.
