quinoa with black beans and corn

Ingredients
3/4 cup uncooked quinoa1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped3 tbsp olive oil12 oz vegetable broth1 tsp cumin1/4 tsp cayenne pepper2 ea 15 oz cans of black beans1 cup frozen corn kernels
Directions
1) Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil until brown.
2) Add quinoa, vegetable broth, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
3) Bring to a boil.
4) Reduce heat, cover, simmer for 20 minutes.
5) Add beans, simmer 5 more minutes.
6) Add corn. Cook until corn is warm through, about 5 minutes.
7) Serve hot.
