Baked Lemon Donuts with Quick Lemon Glaze

Ingredients
1/2 cup white ww flour1/2 c unbleached white flour1/4 c truvia1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp nutmeg1/4 c ff greek yogurt1/4 c egg beaters2 tbsp applesauce1 tsp vanilla1 tsp lemon extractquick glaze: 1/2 cup + powdered z-sweet (xylitol), or powdered sugar [nutrition calculated with z-sweet1 tbsp lemon juice]
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease donut pan.
Whisk flours, sweetener, baking powder/soda, salt and nutmeg together in a medium mixing bowl.
Whisk yogurt, egg, applesauce, flavorings and lemon juice together in a small separate bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and stir only until moistened.
Spoon into donut pan and bake for 9-10 minutes.
To make glaze, whisk together lemon juice and powdered sweetener. You may want to add water to thin it out if that's your preference. Glaze/ice donuts once cooled!
