Almond Joy Donuts

dry bowl:1/2 cup coconut flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp salt2 tbsp cocoa powderwet bowl:1/4 c egg beaters2 powdered Just Whites (4 tsp)2 tbsp sugar free almond syrup, i.e. Torani or davinci2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup i.e. torani or davinci2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup i.e. Hershey's (the thick squeeze-bottle kind)1/2 tsp almond extract1/4 tsp each vanilla and coconut extracts2 tbsp applesauce1/4 cup unsweetened almond milkscant 1/3 cup truviafrosting:1/3 cup powdered z-sweet1/2 tsp each almond + vanilla extracts1 tsp + water (I use 2.5 tsp)topping, for dusting: 1 tsp Special Dark Cocoa powder, 1/2 tbsp shredded reduced-fat coconut, 1 tbsp sliced/chopped almonds
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease donut pan.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Whisk together wet ingredients in small bowl. Pour into dry and mix until lump-free.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until set.
Let cool for about 2 minutes and then flip onto cooling rack.
Whisk together icing ingredients and brush over donuts.
Dust with cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and press in almonds.
Enjoy!
