Quick brown fried rice

Ingredients
*Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup Egg, fresh, 1 medium *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp*Soy Sauce, 2 tbspPeas, frozen, 0.5 cupOnions, raw, 1 smallGround beef, lean, 100 grams Salt, 1 tsp Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Lettuce (salad), 1 inner leaf *Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yields
Directions
I used 2 cups of cooked brown rice (which was cooked over 55min in rice cooker 2 cups rice 3 cups water)
Cut all the vegetables.
In a pan with 1 tbsp canola oil fried half of chopped onions fry till translucent and add mince and fry for 3- 5 min then added pea and carrots with salt, fried for 5 min
In another pan add 1tbsp oil and fry the half of onion, now break egg and add the 2cups rice right away to be scrambled with eggs some salt and soy sauce and mix in with the mince and veges mixture, fry well and keep covered on low flame for 5 min.
Serve in a white bowl with roughly hand cuts leaves of lettuce, horizontally sliced tomato and 2 wedges of lemon and a sprig of mint.
