Ingredients
1.5 Pounds beef cubed steak (4 pieces)1 4oz bag original flavor pork rinds - crushed2 eggs 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Make small hole in 4oz bag of pork rinds - crush very well until powery
Whisk egg with Worcestershire sauce
Dredge steaks in egg mixture then in pork rinds\
Fry until done and browned
