Ingredients
1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes3 plus large green onions1 large can of beef broth, fat free1 pkg. lipton soup mix, chicken noodle1 bunch celery2 cans green beans2 lbs. carrots2 green peppers
Directions
season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley, if desired bouillon, hot or worcestershire sauce. Cut veggies in medium pieces. Cover with water. Mix in broth and soup mix.Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continure to cook until veggies are tender.

    Look for no salt added beef broth, tomatoes and green beans to reduce sodium :) - 1/4/12

    We've used this recipe, with Lipton Onion soup mix, a number of times and enjoy the taste and healthy idea of it - but too much sodium! Next batch we're experimenting with herbs to drastically reduce sodium. There is a whole 7 day diet that goes along with the soup. - 9/2/11
