1 Red Pepper, sliced into strips1 vidalia onion, sliced12-15 cremini mushrooms, rinsed , stemmed and sliced
Spray non stick pan with Non Stick Spray (I use my misto with olive oil)
Add onion and cook stirring frequently, about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, stir and let cook until mushrooms let there juices go. Add Peppers and saute another 5 minutes or until softened. Add any seasoning or spice you like and mix well.
Serving Size: 4- 1/4 cup servings
