1 cup Hoisin Sauce (Lee Kum Kee brand preferred)1 tbsp Granulated Sugar1.5 tbsp Kikkoman Tamari Soy Sauce1.5 tbsp Sherry Wine Vinegar1.5 tbsp Marukan Rice Vinegar1 tbsp Scallions, finely chopped1 tsp Tabasco Sauce0.5 tbsp Black Bean Sauce (Lee Kum Kee preferred)1.5 tbsp Fresh Ginger, peeled and grated1.5 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped.75 tsp ground white pepper1/4 cup Cilantro, finely chopped1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Allow to sit a room temperature for 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
Store sauce up to 2 weeks in fridge
