Slow Cooker Curry Chicken

Ingredients
7 pounds of chicken, skinned, boned and defatted2 T smoked paprika1 T chili powder7 1/2 t curry powder4 1/2 t onion powder1 1/4 t salt1 t garlic powder1/4 t rubbed sage1 pinch of ground ginger2 T lemon juice1/4 c water1/4 c olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except chicken. Set aside. Rince and remove all visible fat from chicken breasts. Spray Pam on crock pot interior. Place a layer of chicken to cover the bottom. Coat chicken with 1/3 of the curry paste. Place another layer of chicken and coat with another 1/3 of paste. Finally, apply last layer of chicken and cover with remaining paste. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
