Curried Lentils with Carrots and Pineapple

Ingredients
12 oz lentils, canned or home cooked1 cup shredded carrots1 cup pineapple, minced (canned tidbits work well)1/4 cup raisinscurry powder to tastesalt and pepper to tastechili powder to taste
Directions
If cooking lentils from dried, cook them according to the directions.

Combine ingredients in a medium sized pan and heat through. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.

Heat two 6" corn tortillas per serving

Fill tortillas with lentil mixture, add lettuce and sour cream if desired (torillas, sour cream and other additions not included in calorie count).
