Phenomenal Sugar-free Semolina Pancakes

Ingredients
Dry:1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup rolled oats1/4 almond meal1/2 cup semolina1 tbsp chia seeds1 tsp baking powder1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cinnamonWet:1 egg1/4 cup milkhealthy dash of vanillaup to 1/2 water as necessary
Directions
Mix all the dry together thoroughly and then add the egg, milk and vanilla.

You'll want a pouring-batter consistency, so add water as necessary. The amount of water will change depending on the size of the egg and the humidity in the kitchen.

Use a 1/4 cup scoop to ladle out the batter onto a hot griddle, and keep the pancakes warm in a toaster oven until ready to serve (or just flip them off the stove and right onto hungry plates!)
