Aimee's Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
1 (14.75 oz) Can pink salmon1 C. Canned great northern beans2 Egg whites1/4 C. Bread Crumbs1 Ear Corn (kernels only) *optionalSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Mash beans slightly in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix till combined.

Form mixture into patties.

Spray skillet w/ nonstick cooking spray. Brown cakes on both sides.
