Cuban Black Eyed Peas and Hominy

Ingredients
1 Can yellow hominy1 Can black eyed peas1 TBSP red wine vinegar2 TSP olive oil2 TSP cumin1 TSP oregano1 Cup Onion1 Cup Bell Peppers2 Cloves Garlic
Directions
Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sautee until vegetables begin to get soft. Add vinegar, cumin, and oregano and cook 1 more minute. Add hominy (with the water) and black eyed peas. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are hot and tender.
